Pohybový senzor Steinel IS180digiHD ANTH 180° — Steinel IS180digiHD, 180-stupňové snímanie, prevedenie ANTH

The Steinel IS180digiHD ANTH is a wall-mounted motion sensor with 180° detection designed for presence detection and automatic switching of lighting or security systems. Its wide horizontal coverage captures movement across entrances, corridors and sheltered outdoor areas to provide reliable activation of lights or alarms. The compact, anthracite-finished housing integrates with modern interiors and sheltered exteriors while the sensor’s detection geometry is optimized for clear zone coverage across a broad area.

Advantages

The sensor combines a broad 180-degree detection angle with adjustable sensitivity and time settings to match diverse installation scenarios. Its construction supports stable mounting on walls and minimizes false triggers through focused detection zones. The anthracite finish offers a neutral aesthetic that suits many architectural styles, while Steinel’s design emphasizes durable operation for everyday automated control of lighting and security devices.

Suitable for

• Entrance areas and vestibules
• Indoor and sheltered outdoor corridors
• Stairwells and passageways
• Automatic lighting control for commercial or residential spaces
• Integration with basic security and alarm systems

Key specifications

• Detection angle: 180 degrees for wide horizontal coverage
• Mounting type: wall-mounted installation
• Housing finish: anthracite color suitable for neutral decor
• Functionality: presence detection and automatic switching of lighting/security loads
• Adjustable parameters: sensitivity and time delay settings (user-adjustable)

How to use

Install the IS180digiHD ANTH at a recommended height on a stable wall surface so the 180° detection field covers the desired area. Connect the sensor to the lighting or security circuit following electrical safety rules and applicable local regulations. Set the sensitivity and time delay according to the required response (short delays for transient passes, longer delays for occupied zones). After wiring and configuration, test the detection coverage by walking through the protected area and adjust aim or settings to eliminate blind spots or unwanted triggers.

Recommendations

Position the sensor to avoid direct exposure to glaring light sources and reflective surfaces that can cause false activations. For sheltered outdoor installations, ensure the housing is mounted under cover to reduce weather exposure. Regularly check and, if necessary, recalibrate sensitivity settings after changes in the environment such as new furniture, signage or seasonal vegetation growth.
