Poveternostne odolné dvojúrovňové alarmové puzdro PULSAR AWO200K IP66

PULSAR AWO200K is a weatherproof two-level alarm enclosure with an IP66 protection rating designed to protect alarm electronics, control modules and similar devices from dust, heavy rain and jets of water. The enclosure offers a compact, robust housing for outdoor and exposed installations where secure containment and environmental protection are required for security panels, access control units and ancillary electronics. Construction and seal design prioritise ingress protection while allowing organised internal layout across two levels.

Advantages

The enclosure provides IP66-rated dust-tight and water-resistant protection, reducing the risk of component failure due to environmental exposure. Its two-level internal arrangement enables separation of power supplies, batteries and control electronics for improved cable management and safer maintenance. The robust exterior material and secure fastening points help resist physical stresses typical of outdoor installations. The unit is suitable for mounting in a variety of exposed locations without additional weatherproofing.

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a stable vertical surface using appropriate fixings for the installation substrate, ensuring alignment with the internal mounting points. Install control modules, power supplies and batteries across the two internal levels to keep power and signal wiring separated. Route cables through designated entry points or gland knockouts and apply compatible sealing glands where required to maintain the IP66 rating. Verify that door seals and fasteners are correctly engaged and periodically inspect seals and fastenings for wear.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, install the enclosure in a location that minimises direct impact from debris and consider additional physical protection if the site is exposed to vandalism or heavy mechanical stress. When routing power and signal cabling, use compatible glands and maintain manufacturer-recommended clearance around heat-generating components to ensure safe operation of installed electronics.
