PowerBoard FPC 24-pin 150 mm FPC prepojovací kábel — Singularity Computers SC-FPC-24

Singularity Computers PowerBoard FPC connection cable (24‑pin, 150 mm) is a flat flexible cable designed to link PowerBoard modules and other compatible PC components that use a 24‑pin FPC interface. The cable provides a compact, low-profile connection for short-distance routing of power and signals inside custom PC builds, modular power distribution setups and components requiring a flexible flat cable with 24 conductors.

Advantages

The 24‑pin FPC cable offers a slim, flexible profile that simplifies routing in tight spaces and reduces mechanical strain compared with rigid wiring. At 150 mm length it balances reach and tidiness for internal connections while maintaining consistent contact across all 24 conductors. The flat construction helps maintain signal integrity and predictable power routing for modular PowerBoard arrangements.

Suitable for

• Connecting Singularity Computers PowerBoard modules that use a 24‑pin FPC interface
• Short internal signal and power routing inside custom PC cases
• Modular GPU/CPU power distribution setups requiring a low-profile FPC link
• Compact or densely packed builds where flexible flat cables ease cable management

When it may not be suitable

This cable is intended for short-distance internal connections; it is not designed for long external runs or applications that require shielding against strong electromagnetic interference. It also may not be appropriate where ruggedized, strain-relief or locking connectors are required for frequent disconnection or heavy mechanical stress.

Key specifications

• Connector style: 24‑pin flat flexible cable (FPC)
• Length: 150 mm
• Conductor count: 24
• Form factor: flat, flexible ribbon
• Intended use: internal power and signal routing for PC components

How to use

Align the 24‑pin FPC contacts with the matching connector on the PowerBoard module or compatible component, ensuring correct orientation and secure seating. Insert gently and, if applicable, engage the connector latch or clamp on the mating socket. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and place it so that strain on the contacts is minimized; secure with non-conductive ties if necessary. Verify connections before powering the system and check for firm contact across the full 24 pins.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that the target devices use a 24‑pin FPC interface and that the connector orientation matches
• Verify that a 150 mm cable length is sufficient for your internal routing and component placement
• Check whether you need additional strain relief, shielding, or locking connectors for your application
• Ensure compatibility with your PowerBoard or other modular power distribution hardware

Recommendations

Use the cable for short internal connections in custom builds and modular power setups, avoid excessive bending near the termination, and secure the cable to prevent movement that could degrade contact quality over time.
