PowerBoard FPC 8-pin PCIe prepojovací kábel 250 mm — Singularity Computers SC-FPC-8PCIE

Singularity Computers PowerBoard FPC 8-Pin PCIe Connection Cable (250mm) is a flexible printed cable engineered to connect PowerBoard control modules or GPU power interfaces using a standard 8-pin PCIe plug. At 250 mm length the cable is intended for compact, custom or routed PC builds where a low-profile, flexible connection is needed to maintain tidy cable management while delivering stable power between components.

Advantages

The FPC construction provides a thin, bendable profile that simplifies routing in tight spaces and behind motherboard trays. Its 8-pin PCIe termination ensures compatibility with common GPU and auxiliary PCIe power connectors. The 250 mm length balances reach and manageability for many small form-factor and custom layouts while reducing cable bulk compared with traditional round cables.

Suitable for

• Compact or small form-factor PC builds requiring low-profile PCIe power routing
• Custom cases and water-cooled systems where flexible routing behind panels is needed
• Setups using Singularity PowerBoard modules to link control boards and GPU power interfaces

When it may not be suitable

This cable is designed specifically for low-profile routing and internal connections; it is not an all-purpose replacement for long-run or externally exposed PSU cabling. Systems that require longer cable runs, heavier gauge conductors for very high continuous current, or non-PCIe connector types may need a different cable solution.

Key specifications

• Connector type: 8-pin PCIe connector for standard GPU/auxiliary PCIe power
• Cable type: Flexible printed cable (FPC) for thin, bendable routing
• Length: 250 mm overall
• Intended use: Internal PC power interconnect between control modules and GPU power interfaces

How to use

Install the PowerBoard FPC cable by aligning the 8-pin PCIe connector with the corresponding 8-pin socket on the GPU power interface or PowerBoard control module, ensuring correct orientation before seating. Route the flat FPC along the intended path behind the motherboard tray or panel, avoiding sharp bends and pinch points. Confirm secure seating at both ends and verify system power delivery and stability during initial power-on.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that your device or module uses a standard 8-pin PCIe power socket compatible with the cable
• Check that 250 mm length is sufficient for your planned routing and installation path
• Evaluate whether FPC thin-profile conductors meet your system's continuous current requirements

Recommendations

For best results, route the FPC gently around corners with a minimum bend radius and secure it with non-constricting clips or tape. Avoid placing the cable where it can be pinched by panels or mechanical fasteners, and verify connection security after system assembly and during initial testing.
