How to use

Select the appropriate marked scale on the Staedtler Mars scale ruler that matches the drawing scale you need. Align the zero mark with the starting point on your drawing and read off distances directly from the corresponding scale. Use the colored markings to switch quickly between scales and rotate the ruler as needed to measure different segments. Store the ruler flat to avoid bending and ensure accurate future measurements.

Recommendations

For accurate results, ensure the drawing and ruler lie flat and the drawing surface is stable. Clean the ruler regularly of dust and ink to maintain legibility of the scales. Avoid exposure to high temperatures or solvents that could deform the plastic.
