Priama vŕtačka Metabo POWERMAXX BS BASIC 1400 ot/min 800 g fuchsia, zelená

The Metabo POWERMAXX BS BASIC straight drill is a compact, lightweight cordless tool designed for straightforward drilling tasks. Weighing 0.8 kg and powered by a 10.8 V rechargeable battery, it delivers up to 1,400 RPM no-load speed and a maximum torque of 301 in·lbs. The drill accepts bits in a 10 mm chuck and achieves a drilling diameter in wood of up to 18 mm, making it suitable for occasional installation and repair work where portability and ease of handling are priorities. The tool is finished in green and fuchsia and is intended for users who need a simple, reliable battery-powered straight drill.

Advantages

The tool's low weight improves maneuverability and reduces user fatigue during overhead or prolonged use. Battery operation eliminates the need for a mains connection and increases site flexibility. A compact chuck capacity up to 10 mm accommodates standard straight-shank bits for a variety of applications. The combination of 1,400 RPM no-load speed and 301 in·lbs torque provides adequate performance for drilling tasks in wood and light materials while maintaining simple controls and operation.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in wood for fixtures and fittings
• Light assembly and disassembly work where a compact drill is needed
• Jobs in confined spaces or overhead work due to its slim straight design
• Portable repair and maintenance tasks without easy access to mains power

How to use

Before use, ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Select an appropriate straight-shank drill bit and secure it in the 10 mm chuck, tightening according to the manufacturer's instructions. For drilling, hold the tool steady with one hand on the housing and the other supporting the workpiece if possible; start at low speed to position the bit, then increase to the required speed up to the maximum of 1,400 RPM. Apply steady, moderate pressure—avoid forcing the drill to prevent bit breakage or motor overload. After completion, release the trigger, allow the bit to stop, then remove the bit and disconnect the battery for storage or transport.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection. Match the bit type and diameter to the material being drilled, and let the drill's speed and torque do the work rather than excessive force. For continuous or heavy-duty tasks, consider a higher-capacity tool to avoid frequent battery changes or overheating.
