Časticový filter 3M 5925 P2 – vymeniteľný dýchací filter pre opakovane použiteľné masky 3M

3M 5925 P2 is a replaceable particulate filter compatible with 3M reusable half and full-face respirators. Engineered to offer P2-level protection, this compact filter cartridge reduces exposure to solid and non-oil aerosol particles commonly encountered in construction, woodworking, maintenance and general industrial environments. The cartridge connects to standard 3M bayonet fittings for straightforward mounting and replacement without specialized tools.

Advantages

The 3M 5925 P2 filter provides reliable particulate filtration with a compact form factor that minimizes profile on the mask. Its P2 performance delivers effective protection against many types of dust and non-oil based aerosols while maintaining comfortable breathing resistance for extended wear. The cartridge is simple to install and replace on compatible 3M reusable respirators, enabling quick changeovers on site and consistent filtration performance over the service life of the filter.

Suitable for

• Construction and demolition dust control
• Woodworking and sanding operations
• General maintenance and repair with particulate exposure
• Manufacturing processes producing non-oil aerosols
• Site work where P2-level particulate protection is required

Key specifications

• Protection class: P2-level particulate filtration
• Compatible mounting: 3M bayonet-style connector for reusable masks
• Filter media: particulate filtration media for solid and non-oil aerosols
• Form factor: compact cartridge designed to minimize profile on mask
• Intended use: replaceable cartridge for half and full-face reusable respirators

How to use

Prior to use, inspect the respirator and filter cartridge for damage or contamination. Align the filter cartridge with the bayonet connector on the compatible 3M reusable mask and rotate until secure according to the respirator manufacturer's instructions. Perform a user seal check after fitting the mask and filters. Replace the cartridge when breathing resistance increases noticeably, when the cartridge is damaged, or following the exposure duration recommended by workplace safety guidance. Follow local regulations and the respirator manufacturer's guidance for storage, cleaning of the mask body, and disposal of used cartridges.

Recommendations

Use the 3M 5925 P2 filter only with compatible 3M reusable respirators and in situations where P2-level particulate protection is appropriate. Do not use for protection against oil-based aerosols, gases, or vapours. Ensure a proper fit of the mask and perform regular inspections; replace filters when soiled, damaged, or when breathing resistance increases.
