Good to know

Puma recommends choosing your regular shoe size for the Flyer Lite 3, as it offers a true-to-size regular fit. The 8mm drop is a balanced option for heel strikers and midfoot runners alike. To extend the life of the shoes, rotate them with another pair and allow them to air out between runs. The textile upper can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or drying to preserve the materials. This model is part of Puma's performance running line and carries the style code 310797 01 for easy reference.
