QNAP SCR-M2SSDA-96 skrutky/svorníky 96 ks sada skrutiek

The QNAP SCR-M2SSDA-96 screw kit contains 96 flat head screws designed for use with metal mounting surfaces and storage devices. Intended primarily for securing M.2 solid-state drives (SSDs) and related brackets, the kit provides a consistent supply of fasteners for system assembly, upgrades, and repairs. The screws are sized and shaped to sit flush when installed, reducing interference with nearby components and ensuring a neat, reliable connection between device and chassis.

Advantages

This screw kit offers a uniform set of flat head screws that are suitable for metal substrates and provide stable retention for M.2 SSDs. The large quantity reduces the need to source individual fasteners during multiple installations or maintenance tasks. Flat head design enables flush mounting, which helps prevent contact with adjacent components and aids airflow management inside compact systems. The screws are appropriate for repeated assembly and disassembly, supporting maintenance and upgrades over time.

Suitable for

• Securing M.2 SSDs to metal standoffs or brackets in desktops and servers
• Replacing lost or damaged M.2 mounting screws during hardware upgrades
• Bulk provisioning for system builders, IT maintenance, and repair shops

Key specifications

• Quantity: 96 screws per kit
• Head type: flat head for flush mounting
• Material compatibility: intended for use with metal mounting surfaces
• Primary application: M.2 SSD mounting and retention

How to use

Select an appropriate screw from the kit and align the M.2 SSD with the mounting hole on the motherboard, standoff, or bracket. Carefully insert the flat head screw and tighten it until the drive is secure and sits flush; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the drive or mounting threads. For repeated installations, inspect screws for wear or deformation and replace any compromised fasteners to maintain secure mounting.

Recommendations

Use a screwdriver that fits the screw head precisely to avoid stripping. When installing in sensitive electronics, apply moderate torque and verify that the drive is correctly seated before powering the system. Keep spare screws from the kit stored in a labeled container to simplify future maintenance.
