How to use

Insert the ESSELTE tab index between document sections or into the ring mechanism of a binder so the tab edge is visible when the binder is closed. Apply labels directly to the tab using a pen, pencil, or adhesive label, ensuring clear legibility. Position multiple tab indices at consistent intervals to create an organized, easy-to-navigate filing system.

Recommendations

For optimal durability and readability, use printed adhesive labels or a fine-tip permanent marker on the tab edge. Avoid overstuffing binders to prevent bending or creasing of the 3 mm tab; distribute documents evenly and use additional dividers when section thickness increases.
