Ringbuch Herlitz maX.file A4 čierna červená biela D-krúžok prezentácia

The Herlitz maX.file A4 ring binder is a D-ring presentation folder designed to store, organize and protect A4 documents. Manufactured in Germany with FSC-certified materials, this binder combines a rigid cover construction with a smooth opening mechanism for reliable everyday use in offices, schools and meetings. The product is available in black, red and white finishes and is intended for upright filing, presentations and general document management.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism provides consistent page alignment and easier page turning compared with round rings, while the robust cover and reinforced spine support frequent handling and stacking. FSC certification confirms that the paper-based components come from responsibly managed forests. The binder’s design allows sheets and punched inserts to lie flat, improving readability during presentations and reducing stress on inserted pages.

Suitable for

• Business presentations and proposals
• Office document archiving and everyday filing
• School and university coursework or project folders
• Reference manuals, protocols and training materials

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for improved page alignment
• Cover: rigid board construction for protection and stability
• Colors available: black, red, white
• Material certification: FSC-certified paper components
• Intended use: presentation and document storage

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets or punched document sleeves evenly onto the rings. Close the rings until they click to secure the contents. For presentations, open the binder flat on a table so pages remain aligned and visible. Store upright on shelves or stack horizontally with similar binders to protect the covers and maintain order. Periodically check the rings for alignment and avoid overfilling to prevent deformation.

Recommendations

To extend service life, use reinforced punched sleeves for frequently handled pages and avoid forcing the rings closed when contents are bulky. Keep the binder away from prolonged moisture and direct heat to maintain cover rigidity and page condition.
