RUKO KES-DIN335-HSS-TiAlN-90°-Ø37,0mm kužeľový záhlbník

This 90° countersink with a 37.0 mm cutting diameter is engineered for high-precision deburring, chamfering, and countersinking in industrial and professional applications. Its TiAlN coating provides exceptional heat resistance up to 800°C and a hardness of approximately 3000 HV, ensuring extended tool life even under demanding conditions.

Advantages

The HSS body with TiAlN coating offers superior wear resistance and thermal stability, reducing friction and preventing built-up edge. The 3-flute design with right-hand cutting delivers smooth, chatter-free performance in a wide range of materials.
