Made to be compatible with standard MX-style stems, the set allows straightforward keycap swaps without modifying the keyboard. Replacing old or worn keycaps can restore key feel and appearance, and the set enables visual customization to match personal style or desk setup.

Suitable for

• Users with mechanical keyboards that use MX-style switches seeking replacement keycaps
• Typing and gaming where improved legend visibility is desired
• Customizing keyboard appearance or refreshing worn keycaps
• Building or modifying keyboards using US ANSI layout

Key specifications

• Layout: US ANSI full keyset compatible with standard 104/105-key arrangements
• Compatibility: Designed for MX-style switch stems (cross-shaped stem mount)
• Material: Durable plastic suitable for regular typing and gaming use
• Printing: Clear legends optimized for legibility
• Set composition: Full replacement set covering alphanumeric, modifier, and common function keys

How to use

Turn off or unplug your keyboard before starting. Use a keycap puller to remove existing keycaps by hooking under the edges and pulling straight up. Align each replacement keycap with the MX-style switch stem and press down until it seats securely. Replace all keys as needed, paying attention to modifier and stabilizer-equipped keys such as the spacebar, Enter, and Shift; these may require gentle alignment with stabilizers before pressing into place. Test the keys to ensure secure fit and proper function before reconnecting the keyboard for use.

Recommendations

To prolong the lifespan of the keycaps and maintain legend clarity, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight for extended periods and clean them periodically with a soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth using mild soap if necessary. When removing or installing stabilizer-equipped keys, handle stabilizers gently to prevent bending or misalignment.
