Use basic ESD precautions when handling internal components. If you are not experienced with laptop disassembly, consider professional installation to avoid damage to the screen, cables, or chassis. Inspect surrounding mounting points and screw threads for wear and replace damaged fasteners. Test hinge movement across the full opening range to ensure proper tension and alignment before regular use.
