How to use

Select the appropriate knife from the set according to the task — use the longer 20 cm blade for slicing larger items and the shorter 16.5 cm blade for more controlled cuts. Hold the handle with a firm, comfortable grip and position the food on a stable cutting board. Make clean, even strokes rather than forcing the blade through tough items. After use, hand wash the knives with warm soapy water, dry immediately and store safely to preserve blade condition and reduce the risk of injury.

Recommendations

Regularly hone the blades to maintain a sharp edge and perform periodic professional sharpening if needed. Avoid cutting on very hard surfaces such as ceramic or glass; use a wooden or plastic cutting board to protect the edge. Keep knives out of reach of children and store them in a block, magnetic strip or protective guards to prevent accidental damage or injury.
