Sada vrtákov DeWALT DT70758-QZ 57 kusov

The DeWALT DT70758-QZ 57-piece drill bit set is designed for woodworking tasks and includes brad point and flatwood bits sized from 3 mm to 12 mm. Housed in a connectable medium Tough Case compatible with the TSTAK system via the Large Tough Case, the set provides a compact, stackable solution for storing and transporting accessory bits. The kit also contains a small bulk storage case, screwdriver bits and a drive guide with an extending sleeve to improve fastener stability.

Advantages

Flatwood bits feature a bevelled pilot point tip and bevelled outer cutting edges for precise positioning and clean holes even in timber with nails. Brad point bits have a centring point, two shoulders and a peripheral cutting edge for fast, accurate dowel and through-holes. Bits have a thick, robust steel 1/4" shank for durable, slip-resistant clamping. Screwdriver bits use optimised tip geometry for full fitment in the fastener, reduced cam-out and minimised head rounding. The medium Tough Case is connectable and stackable so multiple sets can be locked together for organised storage.

Suitable for

• Drilling precise dowel holes in soft and hard wood
• Drilling through-holes and clean edge holes in timber
• Screw driving and fastener work with improved bit stability
• Workshop, site work and organised storage with TSTAK-compatible cases

How to use

Select the correct drill bit size for the required hole. Fit the 1/4" shank into a compatible drill chuck or bit holder ensuring secure clamping. For clean dowel or through-holes use the brad point bits and for fast, impact-resilient drilling in timber use the flatwood bits. Use the drive guide with the extending sleeve when driving fasteners to improve alignment and reduce wobble. Store bits in the provided medium Tough Case and connect to other sets as needed for transport and organisation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate drilling speeds and steady feed pressure for the material; slow speeds for larger diameters and harder timber. Inspect bits for wear before use and replace damaged bits to maintain hole quality and safe operation.
