Safetex krúžková skrutka Blackline podľa DIN 580 WLL 360 kg | M12 | materiál z C15E

Industrial lifting eyebolt forged from C15E carbon steel with a black oxide finish, engineered to DIN 580 for a safe working load of 360 kg. The M12 metric coarse thread provides reliable engagement in steel and concrete structures, while the forged ring geometry supports axial and angular lifting with appropriate derating.

Advantages

Blackline coating offers basic corrosion protection and a clean appearance. The forged construction delivers consistent strength and ductility, reducing the risk of brittle failure. The ring design accepts standard hooks and shackles, and the M12 thread allows straightforward installation into tapped holes.

Suitable for

• Lifting and positioning of machinery, frames, and components
• Lashing and securing loads during transport
• Permanent attachment points for rigging in industrial environments
• Applications requiring a DIN 580 compliant lifting point

Key specifications

• Standard: DIN 580
• Working load limit: 360 kg
• Thread size: M12 (metric coarse)
• Material: C15E carbon steel, forged
• Finish: Blackline (black oxide)
• Load direction: axial, angular (with derating)
• Installation: threaded

Recommendations

Always verify thread engagement and material strength of the receiving structure. For angular lifts, reduce the working load according to the angle. Inspect regularly for wear, deformation, or corrosion, and replace if any damage is found.
