The cleaver is intended for chopping, cutting through bones and portioning large ingredients in both home and professional kitchens.

Advantages

The Damascus steel blade with 60 HRC hardness offers a durable cutting edge and wear resistance while the double-sided grinding ensures balanced performance for push and pull cuts. The ergonomic ebony wood handle provides comfortable handling and control during extended use. The raindrop surface pattern reduces friction and helps food release from the blade.

How to use

Hold the cleaver by the ergonomic ebony handle with a firm grip and position the blade over the item to be cut. Use controlled, decisive chopping motions for bones and thick cuts, and use push–pull slicing for portioning and finer work. Keep the blade perpendicular to the cutting surface for safe bone cutting and ensure the work surface is stable. Clean and dry the blade after each use to maintain edge performance and prevent wood-handle damage.

Recommendations

For best results, use a stable cutting board and avoid striking metal or stone surfaces. Regularly hone the edge and sharpen as needed to preserve the 60 HRC performance; oil the ebony handle occasionally to prevent drying.
