Sieťový kábel LANBERG LCU5-10CC-0305-G U/UTP Cat5e 305 m zelený, 24 AWG, CCA, PVC plášť

The Lanberg LCU5-10CC-0305-G U/UTP networking cable is a 305-meter solid roll of category 5e cable in a distinctive green jacket. Designed for generic structured cabling, this U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with unshielded overall) cable supports reliable data transmission for Ethernet and other copper-based network protocols. The plain, long length spool is suitable for installation in patch panels, cable trays and conduits where continuous runs are required.

Advantages

This cable offers a long 305 m continuous length that reduces the need for joins and intermediate connectors during installation. The U/UTP construction provides consistent pair twist geometry for stable signal integrity across standard Ethernet speeds supported by category 5e cabling. The green outer jacket improves physical identification and colour-coding in multi-cable environments, helping to simplify routing and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Horizontal and backbone Ethernet cabling in small offices and homes
• Patch panel and rack installations requiring long continuous runs
• Structured cabling projects where colour-coded identification is desired

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding type: U/UTP (unshielded overall, unshielded pairs)
• Length: 305 m
• Conductor arrangement: twisted pairs
• Outer jacket colour: green

How to use

Measure the required run and cut the cable from the spool, leaving appropriate service loops for termination. Strip the outer jacket carefully to expose the twisted pairs, maintain pair twist as close to the termination point as possible, and terminate to RJ45 keystone jacks or patch panel connectors following standard T568A or T568B wiring schemes. Route the cable through cable trays or conduits, secure with appropriate ties or clamps that do not deform the jacket, and test each link with a network cable tester to verify continuity and performance.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running this U/UTP cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for extended distances and keep bend radius at least four times the cable diameter. Use proper cable management and labels to maintain the benefit of the green colour coding. For installations requiring higher shielding or faster Ethernet standards, consider selecting a higher category or shielded variant.
