Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75117 7,5m Cat5e F/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75117 7.5m Cat5e F/UTP networking cable provides a shielded copper connection designed for stable Ethernet links in home and office environments. Built to Cat5e standards with F/UTP (foil shield around all pairs) construction and factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this cable supports typical Fast Ethernet and Gigabit-capable setups where Shielded Twisted Pair is preferred to reduce external electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

The cable's F/UTP shielding lowers crosstalk and external noise compared with unshielded alternatives, improving signal integrity in environments with nearby power lines, fluorescent lighting, or other sources of interference. The 7.5 meter length offers flexibility to route between network devices without the need for additional patching; factory-finished RJ-45 plugs ensure reliable mating with standard network ports. Constructed to Cat5e performance guidelines, it supports common data rates used in home and small business networks.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, network switches, and routers in home or office setups
• Wired connections for IP cameras, VoIP phones, and network printers
• Short to medium-length in-room or rack patching where reduced interference is required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (overall foil shield)
• Length: 7.5 meters
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, factory-terminated
• Conductor: copper (insulated twisted pairs)
• Typical supported speeds: Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet in compliant installations

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other end into a router, switch or wall outlet patch panel. Route the cable away from strong electrical sources and avoid tight bends to preserve performance. For rack or wall installations, secure the cable using appropriate cable management accessories to maintain bend radius and prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this Cat5e F/UTP cable in areas with moderate electromagnetic interference or where a shielded connection is preferred; verify both connected devices support the intended network speeds. For runs longer than 7.5 m or installation through metal conduits, consider planning for additional grounding or selecting higher-category cabling if future higher bandwidth is required.
