How to use

Attach the Sous Vide Cooker to a suitable pot using the suspension device and fill with the required amount of water (within the 6–30 L range). Set the desired temperature between 40 and 90 °C using the touch control or the CASO Control app, then set the timer in minute increments. Place vacuum-sealed or well-sealed food into the water bath and start circulation. Monitor cooking progress on the LED display or via the app. After cooking, remove food, finish with a quick sear if desired, and turn off and dry the unit before storage.

Recommendations

For best results, use properly vacuum-sealed bags, ensure the food is fully submerged and water can circulate freely around the bags, and avoid exceeding the recommended water volume. Clean and dry the device after each use and follow the CASO app guidance for preset programs and temperature suggestions.
