Carpenters and woodworkers rely on these SPAX universal screws for fastening wood, chipboard, MDF, and plywood. The washer head with T-STAR plus T20 drive ensures a secure fit, while the WIROX coating provides corrosion protection for indoor or protected outdoor use. The 4CUT point reduces splitting, and the partial thread with ground serrations allows for tight, vibration-resistant joints.

Why choose it

The combination of a washer head and T20 drive provides high torque transfer and a flush finish. Ground serrations on the thread reduce driving torque and increase holding power. The 4CUT point minimizes wood splitting, even near edges. WIROX coating offers reliable corrosion protection for indoor applications.

Ideal use cases

• Furniture assembly
• Cabinet making
• Interior wood construction
• Fastening chipboard and MDF
• Softwood and hardwood applications

Good to know

No pre-drilling is required in most wood types. The partial thread allows the screw to pull the top piece tightly against the substrate. Use a T20 Torx bit for best results.
