How to use

Shuffle the illustrated cards and deal the number required by the chosen edition or house rules. On each turn, one player becomes the storyteller and gives a spoken clue inspired by one of their cards without revealing it. Other players select a card from their hand that best matches the clue and submit it face down. Cards are mixed, revealed and players guess which card was the storyteller’s. Tally points according to the edition rules, reshuffle as needed and continue until the end condition specified by the edition or agreed session length.

Recommendations

For balanced play, encourage clues that are neither too obvious nor too obscure; adapt the vocabulary and clue complexity to the age and language abilities of the players. Store cards in a dry place and handle the illustrated cards by their edges to preserve image quality. Check the specific edition for complete component lists and official player count before play.
