BitsPower BP-DBRWP-C40 — Brass red drain/rotation fitting is a precision component for custom PC liquid-cooling loops. Machined from high-quality brass and finished with a deep blood red electroplating, this fitting is intended to serve as a durable drain point or a rotation joint that redirects coolant flow. The part is engineered for high flow performance and includes a recessed O-ring arrangement to maintain a reliable, leak-resistant connection while preserving the fitting’s visual appearance.

Advantages

The fitting’s hi-flow design reduces hydraulic restriction in drain lines and rotation points, supporting more efficient coolant circulation. Brass construction provides corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, while the special E-plated red finish resists wear and maintains consistent appearance. A hiding O-ring design protects the seal from exposure and helps prevent accidental damage during installation. The fitting is compliant with RoHS standards.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops requiring a drain or directional rotation point
• Systems where a visually matching red metal accent is desired
• Maintenance tasks involving fluid removal or system draining
• High-flow radiator, reservoir, or tubing connections

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality brass
• Finish: deep blood red electroplating
• Design: hi-flow internal geometry for reduced restriction
• Seal: concealed O-ring sealing arrangement
• Thread design: extended 1/4" thread engagement for secure connection
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the fitting at the desired location in the loop where drainage or rotation is required, ensuring threads are clean and free of debris. Hand-start the threaded connection and tighten to a secure fit; avoid over-torquing to protect the O-ring seal. Position the fitting so the rotation/drain orientation aligns with tubing or reservoir outlets. When used as a drain point, place a suitable container under the outlet and open the connection in a controlled manner to direct fluid flow.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, inspect the O-ring and mating threads during routine maintenance and replace the seal if any wear or deformation is observed. Use compatible coolant and avoid aggressive chemicals that could affect plating. When assembling, apply moderate torque and use appropriate tools to prevent damage to the electroplated finish.
