Súčiastka počítačového chladiaceho systému BitsPower BP-MBWP-C04 mosadz čierna – príslušenstvo pre zostavy vodného chladenia

BitsPower BP-MBWP-C04 brass black is a metal fitting designed for custom computer water-cooling systems. Manufactured from high-quality brass with a deep black electroplated finish, this component functions as a through-hole connector that integrates into loop assemblies. The part features a true hi‑flow design and a sealed O-ring to ensure reliable fluid passage and leak-resistant connections when joining radiators, water blocks, pumps or tubing in a bespoke cooling loop.

Advantages

The brass construction provides corrosion resistance and mechanical strength while the black E‑plated surface offers durable aesthetics and additional protection. The true hi‑flow geometry minimizes hydraulic resistance for improved coolant circulation. A pre-installed sealed O‑ring enhances sealing reliability for through‑hole applications. Compliance with RoHS standards confirms the fitting is manufactured to environmental substance limits.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops
• Connecting radiators, reservoirs, pumps and water blocks
• Through‑hole panel or case installations
• Replacement or upgrade of metal fittings in existing loops

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Finish: deep black electroplated (E‑plated)
• Design: true hi‑flow internal profile
• Sealing: sealed O‑ring included
• Application: through‑hole mounting
• Standards: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the fitting into the designated through‑hole on the case, radiator or panel, ensuring the O‑ring seats correctly to form a watertight seal. Thread the mating component or tube onto the fitting according to the connector type used in your loop, and hand‑tighten before applying a final quarter‑turn with appropriate tools if required. Verify alignment with adjacent components to avoid strain on tubing and ensure unobstructed coolant flow. After assembly, perform a pressure or leak test following standard water‑cooling build procedures before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use compatible tubing and connectors of matching size and thread type, and replace the O‑ring if it shows signs of wear or damage. During installation, avoid over‑tightening metal fittings to prevent thread damage; apply moderate torque and retest for leaks. Maintain coolant quality according to your loop specifications to preserve brass surfaces and plating over time.
