Univerzálna panvica ZWILLING Pro okrúhla 20 cm

The ZWILLING Pro All-purpose pan Round 20 cm is a stainless steel frying pan with a durable three-layer non-stick Duraslide Ultra coating and a SIGMA Clad base with a strong aluminium core. The pan’s 20 cm diameter and 14.4 cm bottom diameter provide space for medium-sized portions while the construction ensures rapid, even heat distribution to the rim. The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and has a finish that makes it particularly dishwasher-safe.

Advantages

The three-layer Duraslide Ultra non-stick coating reduces food sticking and simplifies frying of fish, eggs and vegetables. The SIGMA Clad base with aluminium core accelerates heating and spreads heat uniformly across the pan. Its compact 20 cm size balances capacity and manoeuvrability, and the stainless steel construction offers long-lasting performance and compatibility with all cooktops.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This 20 cm pan is designed for medium and small portions; it may be too small for large families or when preparing large quantities in one batch. The non-stick coating, while robust, requires sensible handling to avoid scratching from metal utensils and to preserve longevity.

How to use

Preheat the pan over the chosen heat source at medium temperature before adding oil or butter. Use suitable fat to improve release when frying eggs or fish. Avoid overheating an empty non-stick surface and do not use metal utensils that can damage the coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; although it is dishwasher-safe, hand washing can extend the life of the non-stick surface.
