Vložka na náradie Allit ProServe Textile FL 9 457992, vnútorné rozmery 390×165 mm

Allit ProServe Textile FL 9 is a tool insert with inner dimensions 390×165 mm designed to organize and protect hand tools and small parts inside toolboxes, drawers or storage cases. The textile insert creates defined compartments and secures items against abrasion and displacement while allowing quick visual identification and retrieval. Constructed to fit standard toolbox interiors, it is intended for use where a compact, compartmentalized layout is required.

Advantages

The textile construction reduces noise and prevents metal-on-metal contact, protecting tool surfaces from scratches. Tailored inner dimensions provide a snug fit for small to medium-sized tools and components, while reinforced seams improve durability under repeated loading. The insert is lightweight and flexible, which makes it easy to place, remove and reconfigure within drawers or cases without adding significant weight.

Suitable for

• Organizing hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers and wrenches
• Storing small parts like screws, nuts and washers
• Use in workshop drawers, service vehicles and portable tool cases
• Protecting tool surfaces during transport and daily use

Key specifications

• Inner dimensions: 390 × 165 mm
• Material type: textile fabric with reinforced seams
• Layout: compartmentalized insert suitable for small to medium tools
• Weight: lightweight and flexible for easy handling
• Compatibility: designed to fit standard toolbox drawers and storage cases

How to use

Place the textile insert inside a toolbox drawer or case so that the long side aligns with the drawer length. Arrange tools and parts into the compartments provided, keeping frequently used items within easy reach. The flexible material allows minor adjustments to position items snugly; remove and reposition the insert as needed to suit different tool sets or storage layouts. For transport, ensure heavier tools are placed in the lower compartments and that the insert sits flat to avoid shifting.

Recommendations

Keep the insert dry and clean from oil or heavy grease to maintain fabric integrity. Inspect seams periodically for wear if used in high-frequency service operations. For heavy, sharp or oily items, consider additional protective wraps or separate compartments to prevent accelerated abrasion of the textile surface.
