The block combines a CNC-machined electrolytic copper cold plate with a black POM acetal top to directly cool the GPU core, VRAM and VRM components. With dimensions of 220×124×20.5 mm and a thicker copper base to clear tall capacitors on many reference cards, this second-generation Vector block offers broad compatibility while maintaining low hydraulic restriction. The Open Split-Flow cooling engine, optimized jet plate and a 27-microfin array with 0.5 mm microchannels deliver even coolant distribution and efficient heat transfer. The assembly includes pre-installed brass standoffs, EPDM O-rings for reliable sealing and fittings-ready ports; the product is made in Slovenia.

How to use

Before installation, prepare your custom loop and ensure coolant is compatible with copper and acetal components. Remove the graphics card’s original cooler according to manufacturer instructions and clean the GPU die, VRAM and surrounding surfaces from old thermal compound. Align the water block so the cold plate contacts GPU, VRAM and VRM pads; secure the block using the supplied brass standoffs and mounting mechanism. Connect inlet and outlet fittings, fill and bleed the loop, then perform a leak test with the pump running externally or at low speed. Monitor temperatures and verify proper flow and sealing before returning the system to normal operation.

Recommendations

Use coolant formulations recommended for mixed-metal loops and avoid aggressive additives. Pair the block with a compatible retention backplate for improved passive cooling on VRAM and PCB VRM areas.
