Wok panvica Tefal So Light 28 cm — indukcia, nepriľnavý povrch, ľahká

The Tefal So Light 28 cm wok pan is designed for induction cooktops and everyday cooking. Its 28 cm diameter and rounded sides provide an even heat distribution and ample surface for stir-frying, sautéing and simmering. The wok features a non-stick interior to help release food easily and to simplify cleaning, while the lightweight construction reduces wrist strain and makes it easier to lift and manoeuvre during active cooking.

Advantages

The wok pan combines a durable non-stick coating with a body engineered for reduced weight, offering a balance between performance and handling. Its induction-compatible base ensures efficient heat transfer on induction hobs while the shallow, gently sloping sides make it simple to turn ingredients and control sauces. The non-stick surface decreases the need for added fats and speeds up post-cooking cleaning.

Key specifications

• Pan type: wok with rounded sides
• Cooktop compatibility: induction, also suitable for ceramic and gas
• Diameter: 28 cm cooking surface
• Interior: non-stick coating for easy food release
• Construction: lightweight body for easier handling

How to use

Preheat the wok briefly on medium heat before adding oil or ingredients to promote even cooking. Use utensils suitable for non-stick surfaces to avoid scratching the interior. For stir-frying, add ingredients in stages according to cooking time, keeping the pan hot and moving food frequently. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly then wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.

Recommendations

To prolong the non-stick surface life, avoid cooking at very high empty-pan temperatures and do not use metal utensils. For best results on induction hobs, match the burner size to the pan base and heat gradually. Hand washing is recommended to maintain coating integrity and the lightweight design, which helps when draining or transferring food.
