Recommendations

For best call quality, use the USB connection when available and set the headset as the default audio device in your operating system and Teams. Keep the microphone positioned consistently and avoid covering the earcups to prevent muffled sound. Clean ear cushions periodically with a dry cloth and store the headset in a safe, dry place when not in use.
