How to use

Turn off the printer or set it to a safe state according to the printer manual before installing the tray. Adjust the paper guides to match the paper size, load paper without exceeding the 530-sheet capacity, and ensure sheets are aligned to avoid skewing. After installation, check the printer’s tray settings via the control panel or driver to confirm the added tray is recognized and select the appropriate paper source when sending print jobs.

Recommendations

Use good-quality, flat paper within the printer’s recommended weight range to maintain feed reliability. Avoid folding or wrinkled sheets when loading the tray, and store spare paper in a dry environment to prevent moisture-related feeding issues. Periodically inspect and clean the tray and feed area following OKI maintenance guidance to prolong service life and reduce the chance of paper jams.
