How to use

Install the ZD621R on a stable surface and connect power and Ethernet or the preferred interface. Load thermal transfer ribbon and label media according to the feed guides, set the media width, and adjust printhead pressure if required. Use Zebra’s Print DNA utilities or the printer’s LCD menu to configure print parameters, network settings and security options. Send print jobs from your POS or label software using the printer driver or supported command language.

Recommendations

Use appropriate thermal transfer ribbons for the label material to ensure durability. Regularly clean the printhead and media path to maintain print quality and prevent downtime. Enable PrintSecure features and keep firmware updated to protect the device and connected systems.
