19-palcový káblový priechod so štetinovou lištou, 1U, čierny, ROLINE – manažment káblov

The ROLINE 19" cable entry with brush strip 1U in black provides a simple, low-profile solution for routing cables into and out of 19-inch rack cabinets and enclosures. The brush strip fills the gap between cabinet panels and cable bundles, helping to limit dust entry and preserve internal airflow while allowing multiple cables to pass through without sharp edges or abrasion. Its 1U height and standard 19" width make it compatible with common rack-mounted equipment layouts.

Advantages

The brush strip design reduces dust ingress and protects cable jackets and connector ends from chafing at the rack opening. The product’s slim 1U profile preserves valuable rack space and maintains a neat appearance for cable entry points. Installation is straightforward on standard 19" mounting rails, and the brush fibers conform around varying cable diameters for flexible cable management. The black finish integrates visually with most server and network racks.

Suitable for

• Network switch and patch panel cable routing
• Server cabinet and enclosure cable entry points
• Telecom equipment and rack-mounted infrastructure
• Data center and small server room cable organization

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U height, compatible with 19" racks
• Finish: black
• Entry type: brush strip to allow multiple cable pass-throughs
• Material: rigid frame with flexible brush fibers for sealing and protection
• Mounting: designed for standard vertical rack mounting

How to use

Mount the cable entry panel in an available 1U position on the 19" rack rails using the appropriate rack screws. Route cables through the brush strip so the fibers flex around each cable, providing a protective seal at the opening. Arrange and group cables as required for accessibility and airflow, avoiding excessive bending radii at the entry point. Periodically inspect the brush area for accumulated dust and for secure mounting.

Recommendations

Use the brush strip for general cable entry and protection, and combine it with vertical cable managers or horizontal organizers to maintain structured routing. For high-density installations, plan cable groups so that larger bundles pass through separate sections to reduce strain and preserve airflow within the cabinet.
