19-palcový otvorený rack LANBERG 12U, nastaviteľná hĺbka 600-1100 mm, sivý

LANBERG 19" open rack 12U with adjustable depth from 600 to 1100 mm in grey is an open-frame mounting solution for standard 19" network, server and telecom equipment. The frame supports 12U of rack-mountable hardware on 19" rails and offers flexible depth adjustment to fit different device sizes. The open design provides unobstructed airflow for passive cooling and convenient access to cabling and ports from all sides.

Advantages

The rack combines adjustable depth with a compact 12U height, allowing precise alignment of mounted devices and better use of vertical space. Its open-frame construction reduces weight and improves ventilation compared with enclosed cabinets, while the robust steel rails provide secure mounting for switches, patch panels, routers and small servers. The grey finish offers a neutral appearance suitable for technical rooms and visible installations.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data closets where compact, accessible racks are required
• Network installations for mounting switches, patch panels and routers
• Telecom rooms and equipment cabinets for PBX or network appliances
• Laboratory or test environments needing flexible device placement and airflow

Key specifications

• Standard: 19" rack mounting compatible
• Height: 12U usable rack units
• Depth: adjustable from 600 mm to 1100 mm
• Construction: open-frame steel structure with 19" mounting rails
• Finish: grey powder-coated surface
• Ventilation: open sides for passive airflow
• Access: unobstructed front, rear and side access for cabling and maintenance
• Mounting: vertical mounting rails with U-markings for equipment alignment

How to use

Place the open rack on a stable, level surface and secure it according to site requirements. Adjust the depth by loosening the depth-adjustment fasteners and sliding the rear frame to the desired position between 600 and 1100 mm, then retighten the fasteners. Mount devices on the 19" rails using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts, aligning units by U markings. Route power and network cabling through the open frame, keeping cables tidy and supported to avoid strain on connectors. Ensure adequate clearance around the rack for airflow and maintenance access.

Recommendations

Use compatible 19" mounting hardware (screws, cage nuts and shelves) and consider installing cable management accessories and power distribution units to organise cabling and power. For heavy equipment, verify rail load capacity and ensure secure fastening. Maintain clearance for ventilation and avoid placing the rack in damp or excessively dusty environments.
