3M Aura FFP1 polomaska respirátor

The 3M Aura FFP1 half facepiece respirator is a disposable protective mask engineered to filter low concentrations of airborne particles. Its three-panel design adapts to facial movements and helps maintain a comfortable seal, while the soft inner layer reduces skin irritation during prolonged wear. The respirator is lightweight and white in colour; it is supplied in bulk packs suitable for high-volume use in construction and light industrial settings.

Advantages

The three-panel configuration provides a close fit with freedom of movement for speaking and bending without significant leakage. The soft inner lining improves wearer comfort and reduces pressure points on the nose and cheeks. Its low-profile shape and lightweight construction reduce fatigue during extended shifts. The respirator meets filtration expectations for FFP1 class protection against non-toxic dusts and other low-hazard particulates.

How to use

Before use, inspect the respirator for damage or contamination. Position the respirator over the nose and mouth, secure the straps behind the head or ears per the supplied fitting method, and adjust for a snug fit ensuring the panels conform to facial contours. Perform a user seal check by exhaling and inhaling to confirm there is no significant leakage around the face seal. Replace the respirator if it becomes damaged, soiled, or breathing becomes difficult. Dispose of used respirators according to local waste regulations.

Recommendations

The respirator is intended for single-shift or single-use application in environments with low levels of non-toxic particulates. It is not suitable for protection against gases, vapours, asbestos, or high concentrations of hazardous aerosols. Ensure workers receive appropriate training in respiratory protection and choose higher protection classes (FFP2/FFP3) where hazard assessments indicate greater exposure risks.
