3M H150 ručný aplikátor / odvíjač pásky pre 84660/84661

The 3M Hand Roller 3M-H150 is a manual roller designed for use with 3M models 84660 and 84661. It delivers consistent, controlled pressure across tapes, films and laminates to improve adhesion and reduce air entrapment during installation. Intended for both professional installers and DIY users, this hand roller supports surface bonding tasks where a steady rolling force is required to achieve uniform contact and long-lasting results.

Advantages

The hand roller offers a compact, ergonomic form that allows precise control over applied pressure and direction. Its weighted design provides even distribution of force to minimize bubbles and wrinkles when applying adhesive tapes, protective films or vinyl coverings. The simple manual mechanism requires no power source, making it portable and convenient for on-site work or confined spaces where electric tools are impractical.

How to use

Place the adhesive tape or film on the target surface and position the roller at one edge. Apply moderate downward pressure and roll steadily across the surface, maintaining consistent speed and coverage to expel trapped air and ensure full contact. Repeat passes as needed, working from the center outward on larger pieces to avoid creating new air pockets. Clean the roller surface after use to remove adhesive residues and store it in a dry place to preserve the tool.

Recommendations

For best results, use the hand roller on clean, dry surfaces at moderate room temperature. Avoid excessive force that could stretch thin films or deform delicate substrates. When working on textured or heavily curved surfaces, use multiple light passes rather than heavy single passes to maintain control and prevent damage.
