The ACT Brown 3 meter LSZH U/FTP CAT6A datacenter patch cable is a slimline Ethernet cable designed for data center and network cabinet installations. How to use

Connect one gold-plated RJ-45 plug to the network port on the switch, patch panel, or device and the other to the corresponding port. Route the slimline cable through cable management channels or horizontal managers, observing bend-radius guidelines. If using in PoE deployments, follow the recommended bundling limits to control temperature rise.

Recommendations

ISO/IEC and TIA standards generally specify 22–26 AWG patch cords; slimline cables may use thinner conductors (for example 32 AWG) which increase attenuation at higher frequencies. ACT advises a maximum bundle size of 24 cables in PoE applications to limit temperature increase. ANSI TSB-184-A recommends that temperature rise for the center cable in a bundle remain below 15 °C above ambient.
