ACTIDATA actiTape LTO Ultrium médium Gen 6

The ACTIDATA actiTape LTO Ultrium Media Gen 6 is a high-performance magnetic tape cartridge designed for reliable data backup and archiving. With a native capacity of 2.5 TB and compressed capacity up to 6.25 TB, it offers an efficient solution for medium to large-scale data storage needs. This LTO-6 tape utilizes Barium Ferrite (BaFe) technology for enhanced signal stability and longevity, ensuring data integrity for over 30 years.

Advantages

High capacity and fast transfer rates reduce backup windows. Hardware-based AES 256-bit encryption provides robust data security. WORM (Write Once Read Many) support prevents accidental overwrites, ideal for compliance. Backward compatible with LTO-7 and LTO-8 drives (read only) for future-proofing.

Suitable for

• Enterprise data backup and disaster recovery
• Long-term archival storage
• Compliance-driven data retention
• Media and entertainment content archiving
