Adaptér F samica na RCA samec ShiverPeaks 85326 – koaxiálny F konektor na RCA audio/video adaptér

The ShiverPeaks adapter F‑female to RCA‑male (model 85326) converts a coaxial F connector to an RCA male plug, enabling connection of coaxial cables with devices that accept RCA audio/video inputs. It offers a compact mechanical coupling designed for routing RF signals into consumer audio and video equipment where a direct F‑type connection is not available. The adapter is intended for simple connector conversion tasks and short interconnect runs in home AV setups and installation work.

Advantages

This adapter provides a straightforward mechanical interface between F‑type coaxial cables and RCA inputs without modifying the original cables. It is compact and lightweight, making it easy to install in confined spaces behind AV components. The adapter supports quick conversion for audio and video signal routing and can be used temporarily or as part of a basic, low‑complexity installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting set‑top boxes or TV tuners to devices with RCA inputs
• Adapting coaxial outputs from antennas or cable feeds to RCA‑equipped equipment
• Temporary or test connections in home AV systems
• Simple installations where only connector conversion is required

Key specifications

• Connector 1: F‑type female (coaxial)
• Connector 2: RCA male (phono) for audio/video
• Form factor: compact inline adapter
• Intended signals: consumer RF, composite video and unbalanced audio paths via RCA
• Typical use: passive mechanical coupling—no active electronics or signal amplification

How to use

Attach the F‑type female end of the adapter to a coaxial cable terminated with an F‑type male connector by threading and tightening until secure. Insert the RCA male plug into the RCA jack of the target device, ensuring correct alignment with the jack’s center pin and outer sleeve. Verify connections are snug and avoid overtightening; the adapter provides a passive, mechanical conversion and does not require power or configuration. Use short, direct cable runs to minimise potential signal loss in RF or composite video applications.

Recommendations

For best results, use the adapter in low‑loss, short‑run applications and check signal quality after installation. Avoid using the adapter in environments requiring impedance‑matched transmission lines for critical RF performance; where signal integrity is essential, prefer professionally matched cabling or active conversion equipment.
