ADF servisná sada Lexmark 40X9672 pre tlačiarne Lexmark

ADF Maintenance Kit Lexmark 40X9672 for Lexmark Printers is a replacement service kit designed to restore reliable operation of the automatic document feeder (ADF) in compatible Lexmark multi‑function devices. The kit contains the wearable ADF components that normally degrade over time, helping to reduce misfeeds, paper jams and scanning errors and to maintain consistent paper handling and scan quality during routine maintenance cycles.

Advantages

This ADF maintenance kit renews the feed and separation elements of the automatic document feeder to improve sheet transport and alignment. By replacing worn rollers and pads, it helps stabilize paper feeding, minimize interruptions, and extend the operating life of the ADF assembly. The kit is designed for straightforward installation and is formulated to meet factory tolerances for fit and performance in supported Lexmark printers.

Suitable for

• Routine preventive maintenance of office Lexmark multifunction printers with ADF
• Reducing paper misfeeds and multi-feed errors during high-volume scanning or copying
• Restoring consistent feeder performance after extended device use
• Service technician maintenance and onsite printer servicing

Key specifications

• Component type: ADF wearable parts kit (rollers, separation pads and related items)
• Function: Restores ADF paper feeding and separation performance
• Compatibility: Designed for specified Lexmark ADF-equipped printers (refer to printer documentation for supported models)
• Durability focus: Replaces parts subject to normal wear to reduce jams and scanning errors

How to use

Install the maintenance kit following the maintenance procedures described in the Lexmark service or user manual for the target printer model. Power off the device and follow safety guidelines before accessing the ADF assembly. Remove the aged rollers and pads and replace them with the new components from the kit, ensuring correct orientation and secure seating. After installation, run a few test scans and document feeds to confirm consistent sheet pickup, alignment and scan quality.

Recommendations

Perform ADF maintenance at regular intervals based on the device's duty cycle and the volume of scanning; consider more frequent replacement in heavy‑use environments. Use genuine replacement parts and follow manufacturer maintenance instructions to preserve performance and avoid handling issues.
