Aktívny optický kábel DeLOCK 83211 USB Type-A konektor samec na Micro-B konektor samec 5 m 10 Gbit/s

The DeLOCK Active Optical Cable 83211 is a 5 m USB cable with a USB Type-A male connector on one end and a Micro-B male connector on the other. It uses active optical technology to transmit high-speed USB signals up to 10 Gbps and is designed for reliable connections between devices and PCs or laptops. The Micro-B connector features securing screws to prevent accidental unplugging. The cable jacket is made of durable NBR material, making the cable flexible and suitable for use in drag chains and harsher environments.

Advantages

Active optical transmission allows longer cable runs with minimal signal loss while keeping the cable thinner, lighter and more flexible than equivalent copper cables. The Micro-USB connector screws provide a secure mechanical connection. The NBR jacket increases resistance to wear and improves suitability for dynamic applications such as cable carriers.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) devices to a PC or laptop
• Applications requiring a secure Micro-B connection (screw-locked)
• Setups needing a 5 m high-speed USB connection with minimal signal loss
• Installations in drag chains or environments where cable flexibility and durability are important

How to use

Plug the USB Type-A male connector into an available USB port on your PC or laptop and attach the Micro-B male connector to the device. Tighten the screws on the Micro-B connector if your device has corresponding threaded ports to secure the connection. The cable operates transparently once connected; data transfer rates depend on the capabilities of the connected devices and host controller.

Recommendations

For best performance, connect USB 3.2 Gen 2 compatible devices and avoid unnecessary sharp bends near the connector ends. When routing in drag chains, ensure the cable has adequate bending radius and is not pinched; secure the screw-lock Micro-B connection to prevent accidental disconnection during movement.
