Akumulátorová brúska Makita GD001GZ XGT 40V (len telo, čierna/modrá)

The Makita GD001GZ XGT 40V cordless straight grinder (body only) is a compact, battery-powered tool intended for grinding, finishing and deburring in metalworking and repair tasks. Designed for use on the Makita XGT 40V platform (battery and charger sold separately), its straight-body form factor allows access to narrow or confined areas while providing controlled, steady handling for precision work. The tool is suitable for on-site maintenance, weld finishing and detail grinding where a corded connection would limit mobility.

Advantages

The straight, slim design improves access to tight spaces and enhances operator control for fine finishing and detail work. Cordless operation on the XGT 40V system eliminates the need for extension cords, increasing portability at job sites. Durable construction and a focused motor layout provide consistent grinding performance and stable rotation for a variety of abrasive discs and burrs. The tool’s ergonomic balance reduces fatigue during extended use.

Suitable for

• Metal surface grinding and deburring
• Weld seam finishing and blending
• On-site repairs and maintenance
• Precision shaping and edge work in confined spaces

Key specifications

• Power source: Makita XGT 40V battery platform (battery and charger not included)
• Tool type: Cordless straight grinder (body only)
• Design: Straight slim body for access to confined areas
• Intended applications: Grinding, finishing, deburring, weld dressing
• Compatibility: Designed to accept standard straight-grinder accessories such as abrasive discs and burrs suitable for metalworking

How to use

Install a compatible XGT 40V battery before operation (battery sold separately) and ensure the chosen abrasive disc or burr is appropriate for the material and task. Secure the accessory according to the tool’s accessory mounting instructions, wear suitable personal protective equipment including eye, ear and respiratory protection, and check that the workpiece is stable. Start the tool at no-load to confirm correct rotation and control, then apply steady, light pressure while moving the grinder along the work surface. Avoid excessive force or side loading to maintain tool life and accessory integrity. After use, allow the tool to stop completely before setting it down and remove the battery if storing or transporting the tool.

Recommendations

Use appropriate abrasive types and grit sizes for each task, keep cooling intervals when working on heat-sensitive materials, and follow Makita’s safety instructions for battery care and tool maintenance to ensure consistent performance and long service life.
