How to use

Place the analyser scale on a flat, hard surface and step onto the centre of the glass platform with bare, dry feet. Wait for the display to stabilise and record the weight reading; the device will also show estimated body fat and hydration values if the analyser function is activated. Use the user selection feature to assign readings to a specific profile when multiple users are registered. Turn the scale off or step away to allow it to power down automatically according to the built-in timeout.

Recommendations

For consistent results, weigh yourself at the same time of day, preferably on an empty stomach and after using the restroom. Ensure feet are clean and dry to improve contact for body composition measurements. Avoid using the analyser scale on thick carpets or uneven surfaces; place it on tile or wood flooring for best accuracy.
