Anténna zásuvka ShiverPeaks 15-92006 1 dB — koaxiálna nástenná zásuvka, útlm 1 dB

ShiverPeaks Antenna Socket 15-92006 is a coaxial wall outlet with 1 dB attenuation intended for terminating and routing RF signals to televisions, set-top boxes and radios. The outlet provides a stable 75 Ω connection for in-home signal distribution and is designed for flush mounting in residential environments such as living rooms, media cabinets or hallways. It accepts standard coaxial cables and offers a passive, low-loss interface for passive installations that do not require active amplification.

Advantages

The coaxial wall outlet offers a compact and discreet installation with low insertion loss of approximately 1 dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation in passive distribution systems. Its reliable connector termination provides consistent impedance matching, reducing reflections and interference. The outlet’s construction supports common household coaxial cable types and is suitable for professional and DIY installations where a fixed attenuation is required for signal level balancing.

Suitable for

• Connecting television sets to an in-home antenna or cable distribution network
• Feeding set-top boxes and digital receivers with a passive coaxial connection
• Terminating coaxial runs in living rooms, bedrooms or media cabinets
• Balancing signal levels where a small, fixed attenuation is desirable

Key specifications

• Type: Coaxial wall outlet for 75 Ω systems
• Attenuation: 1 dB nominal
• Connection method: Screw/clamp termination compatible with standard coaxial conductors
• Mounting: Flush wall mounting for domestic installations
• Usage: Passive RF interface for TV, radio and set-top box signals

How to use

Install the outlet into a standard flush mounting box and terminate the incoming coaxial cable onto the outlet’s connection points following local wiring practices. Ensure the conductor and braid are prepared correctly for the clamp or screw termination to maintain solid electrical contact and impedance continuity. Once mounted and connected, attach the consumer device’s coaxial lead to the front connector to receive the RF signal. No power or active components are required for normal operation.

Recommendations

For best results, use with cable runs that meet 75 Ω characteristic impedance and keep cable lengths and the number of passive splitters to a minimum to avoid excessive signal loss. If signal strength appears insufficient after installation, measure signal levels and consider adding an appropriate amplifier or using a different outlet location with stronger incoming signal.
