Anténny kábel ShiverPeaks 80408 – 10 m, pozlátené kontakty

ShiverPeaks 80408 — 10 m antenna cable is a 10-metre coaxial lead engineered for signal transfer between an antenna and receiver, amplifier or splitter. The cable features gold-plated contacts to reduce corrosion and maintain low contact resistance, and a multi-layer shielding design to suppress electromagnetic interference. At 10 metres length it supports flexible placement of equipment in home entertainment or small professional installations.

Advantages

The gold-plated contacts improve long-term contact reliability and help maintain consistent signal quality. A four-layer shielding structure provides high attenuation of external noise sources and reduces signal leakage, supporting stable TV, radio and data reception. The cable jacket and construction permit indoor use and many sheltered outdoor routing scenarios while maintaining impedance matching for minimal signal reflection.

Suitable for

• Connecting TV antennas to set-top boxes, TVs or tuners
• Linking radio antennas to receivers
• Connecting antennas to amplifiers or distribution amplifiers
• Temporary or semi-permanent indoor and sheltered outdoor installations
• Home entertainment systems and small commercial reception setups

Key specifications

• Length: 10.0 metres
• Contact plating: gold-plated connectors for improved corrosion resistance
• Shielding: multi-layer (four-fold) shielding for high interference attenuation
• Signal type: coaxial cable suitable for TV, radio and related RF signals
• Impedance: designed for standard 75 ohm RF systems

How to use

Route the cable from the antenna to the receiver or amplifier avoiding sharp bends and tight knots. Connect the gold-plated connectors securely to the antenna output and the device input; ensure threaded or push-fit connections are tightened to provide a stable mechanical and electrical contact. Keep the cable run away from mains power cables and strong sources of electromagnetic interference to preserve signal quality. For external sections, use appropriate weatherproofing at connection points and secure the cable to avoid strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, maintain gentle cable bends with a radius larger than the cable diameter and avoid running the cable parallel to mains wiring. When installing outdoors or in exposed areas, protect connector joints with suitable sealing tape or weatherproof housings. Use the cable for standard 75 Ω antenna systems and verify system components are matched to avoid impedance mismatches.
