Pomocný spínač Schneider Electric A9C20834 — viacfarebný, spínacie napätie AC 240 V

The Schneider Electric A9C20834 auxiliary contact is a multicolour add-on device designed to extend the switching capability of contactors and motor starters in control circuits. Rated for AC operation at 240 V, this auxiliary contact is intended for signaling, interlocking and providing additional feedback to control systems in industrial and commercial electrical panels. The compact design allows mounting beside compatible Schneider Electric contactors and integrates into existing control architectures with minimal changes.

Advantages

The auxiliary contact provides reliable supplementary switching points that help separate control and power circuits. Its multicolour visual identification aids quick recognition of contact state and wiring during installation and maintenance. The 240 V AC contact rating ensures compatibility with a wide range of control voltages used in commercial and industrial equipment. The device is engineered to fit standard modular contactor systems, reducing installation time and maintaining consistent mechanical mounting.

Suitable for

• Adding signal contacts to contactors and motor starters
• Interlocking functions in control panels
• Providing status feedback to PLCs and alarm systems
• Extending control circuit functionality without redesigning power wiring

Key specifications

• Contact arrangement: auxiliary switching contact for control circuits
• Contact voltage rating: AC 240 V for switching operations
• Color: multicolour for visual identification
• Mounting: designed for attachment to compatible contactor housings or modular assemblies
• Application environment: industrial and commercial electrical panels

How to use

Install the auxiliary contact beside the compatible contactor body following the manufacturer's mechanical attachment method and ensure secure electrical connections according to local wiring standards. Wire the auxiliary contact into the control circuit so that it provides the intended signaling or interlocking function; verify that the circuit voltage does not exceed the 240 V AC rating. After installation, operate the parent contactor through several cycles and confirm that the auxiliary contact changes state as expected and that indicator colors correspond to contact status.

Recommendations

Use the auxiliary contact only with compatible Schneider Electric contactors and within the specified AC 240 V rating. Ensure proper isolation of power circuits before installation and perform routine inspections to confirm secure connections and correct operation. For integration with PLCs or alarm systems, verify input compatibility and consult panel wiring diagrams to maintain clear separation between control and power conductors.
