How to use

Store the box file upright on a shelf or lay it flat in a cabinet; its rigid sides support stacking multiple units. Clean the surface with a damp cloth when needed and avoid exposing the file to direct heat sources.

Recommendations

For best results, group documents by subject or date and use divider tabs to locate materials quickly. When storing long-term, keep the box file on a stable shelf to prevent warping and periodically inspect contents for moisture or damage.
