Armor APR 6 vosk/pryskyrica termotransferová páska 170mm čierna - 450m

Printing labels that must endure handling, abrasion, and variable temperatures often fails with standard wax ribbons—smudged barcodes and unreadable text lead to scanning errors and rework. The Armor APR 6 wax/resin ribbon solves this by combining the printability of wax with the durability of resin, producing crisp, long-lasting black prints on a wide range of materials. This 170 mm wide, 450 m long ribbon is engineered for high-volume thermal transfer printing, reducing roll changes and downtime.

Who is it for

This ribbon is ideal for logistics providers, warehouses, manufacturers, and retailers who print shipping labels, inventory tags, product identification, and general-purpose barcodes. It suits any operation using flat-head thermal transfer printers with 1-inch cores and requiring a reliable, smudge-resistant ribbon for coated or synthetic substrates.

Main features

• Wax/resin formulation delivers excellent print quality with enhanced durability.
• 170 mm width and 450 m length maximize throughput for high-volume printing.
• Coated side out (CSO) winding ensures smooth feeding in compatible printers.
• 1-inch (25.4 mm) core fits most standard thermal transfer printer hubs.
• Good smudge, scratch, and heat resistance (up to 100°C) for demanding environments.
• Compatible with coated paper, synthetic paper, polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, and PET.
• RoHS and REACH compliant for environmental safety.

Tips

Always verify your printer's ribbon width and core size before ordering. For best results, adjust printer heat and speed settings according to the substrate—lower heat for coated paper, higher for synthetics. Store unused ribbons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain print quality.
