ASROCK Barebone 4U Dual-Sockel SP5 4U10G-GENOA2 — serverové puzdro Barebone s podporou Dual-SP5

ASROCK Barebone 4U Dual Socket SP5 4U10G-GENOA2 — barebone server chassis with dual SP5 support is a 4U rack-mount chassis designed to house two Socket SP5 (LGA) processors and associated server components. The platform provides a foundation for building dual-socket Genoa-based systems with room for multiple drives, expansion cards and standard rack integration, intended for data center, virtualization and enterprise compute environments where a 4U form factor and high processor density are required.

Advantages

The chassis supports two SP5 processors in a single 4U enclosure, enabling high core counts and memory capacity in a compact rack profile. Internal bays and multiple expansion slots offer flexible storage and I/O configurations, while the rack-mount design and standardized layout simplify installation into server racks. The barebone approach delivers a prepared mechanical, thermal and power distribution framework so system builders can select compatible CPUs, memory, drives and add-in cards to match workload requirements.

Suitable for

• High-density compute nodes in data centers
• Virtualization hosts and hyperconverged infrastructure
• Enterprise application servers and databases
• Workloads requiring large memory and multi-socket CPU configurations

Key specifications

• Form factor: 4U rack-mount chassis designed for dual-socket SP5 processors
• Processor sockets: two SP5-compatible LGA CPU sockets
• Drive bays: internal bays for multiple hot-swap or fixed drives (supports a mix of 2.5"/3.5" or NVMe depending on configuration)
• Expansion: multiple PCIe expansion slots for add-in network, storage or accelerator cards
• Cooling: front-to-rear airflow path with provision for server-grade fans and heatsinks
• Chassis integration: rack rail compatibility and standard server mounting features

How to use

Install two compatible SP5 processors into the provided LGA sockets following the CPU and motherboard manufacturer's installation guidelines, fit server-grade DDR memory modules into the supported memory slots, and mount storage drives and expansion cards into the available bays and PCIe slots. Connect power and cooling components according to the chassis layout, and install a compatible operating system and server firmware or management tools. Validate thermal and power limits with the chosen CPU and add-in configuration to ensure stable operation under expected workloads.

Recommendations

Choose server-class processors and ECC memory that match your performance and reliability requirements; verify cooling capacity and power supply headroom when populating both sockets and multiple expansion cards. Use supported drive layouts and enterprise-grade SSDs or HDDs for consistent throughput and uptime in data center deployments.
