Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the correct HDMI port. For 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 operation, confirm that both source and display support the resolution and refresh rate and that HDMI settings on devices are configured for the highest available bandwidth.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and tight coils in the cable, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources, and use compatible HDMI equipment that supports True 4K (4096 x 2160 @ 60Hz) to achieve the specified resolution and colour sampling.
